Dungeon Siege perhaps not, but I'd bet more people have heard of Dragon Quest than Golden Sun even here...

...anyway, who said anything about here? For starters 1up is American, not European.

That would be Kirby, as it's second in BEST IN SHOW.

Meaning it's the best game in show, just behind the best thing which was the 3DS.

Assuming they are in order.

Its just strange to me that there isn't a specific 'Best game' category.
