I am really tempted by this but I've heard it's a one off package, I was hoping the 20 games would be released on a cartridge or add-on of some kind, that way they could release more over the months. As it stands, there's only about 5-10 games on it that I'd want.

It's not a handheld though- you plug it into a TV.
If you want to play crap old games that aren't as good as you remember them on public transport you'll need a Sega Nomad- and a shed-load of batteries.
I've been very tempted, I leant my 6-button controllers to someone years ago so this is probably the easiest way to get hold of some more. It allows you to play US games as well.

That's pretty dinky, but I'm guessing that it's preloaded ROMs only and doesn't take cartridges, but if the price is right then it could be tempting.
