What happened to the guy who didn't finish his 'thon?

Thanks! :)

He'd been ill all week with a flu thing, woke up late on the day and didn't get started until about 9am I think (he'd been planning on starting at 7) and tweeted at about 11pm that he was having to end things early as he was in pain :( Poor guy, he did really well getting that far.

I think so, hadn't done it to get anything but apparently there will be something coming my way :D

They did a prize draw last night for the participants that raised over £100 and a lot of the prizes were from Rockstar (Red Dead Playing Cards sounded pretty damn 8-) ) so I think it may be something from them too.

I'll be sure to post pics when whatever it is turns up!

 I can just imagine the reactions if I suggested that. However....... :shifty:

Ouch. Was that on GT5? That would have been tough going.

 Don't worry, I'll forgive you......this time! I must admit, it was playing that that just about ended me. Kept at it though (I actually ended up getting past the first two levels after about 20 mins of 'ffffffuuuuuuuuu') and rewarded myself with a cuppa and biscuit (my first and only caffeine of the whole thing) afterwards. Definitely a lowlight :)

The annoying part is there's a half decent pretty deep game in there somewhere but it's so poorly explained that it becomes an exercise in futility. Multiplayer was shambles too.

Very deeply buried, I'd imagine. I get that though, there certainly seemed to be a semblance of a levelling up system that would improve the combat and, according to reviews, the historical element of it was spot on but....GAWD it was dull! Hats off to you if you managed to stick with it longer than I did!

It's been just over a week since SKSP and I thought I should probably put some words down about it before I forgot (or before Dark Souls, Batman and Uncharted 3 claim my free time for the rest of the year!).

I added a post to my blog about it. Have a read if you like, it's rather wordy but hopefully you'll enjoy it:
