Can I trust the potentially dodgy ones from eBay that are sold by people in Hong Kong? I don't mind paying £6 whatever for it rather than the stupid way MS have designed the system.
Actually, it's not nessecary to send off the form, and it doesn't require an Elite. Best thing to do is give MS customer support a ring. IIRC they wanted to know the serial # of my Xbox, my old Drive and the new 60gb i was replacing it with, and then they were quite happy to supply me with one for my Premium. There were a few days of waiting for the kit to arrive after purchasing the 60gb live starter kit thing.
