3DS - Mii QR codes

Ok so I'm not sure how much use this will be but here's a thread for everyone to put their Mii QR codes in if they like.

Here's mine

Whether they can be used in games or not or if that'll be limited to people you meet on StreetPass or not I don't know (Would be a little annoying for those of us who don't live in sprawling metropolises)

What, how do you get these and how do they work? I assume I'm meant to take a picture of that or something? How do I get one for my Mii?

Unfortunately the QR codes seem to do nothing but put a Mii into your Mii Maker as far as I can tell.
You can't use them in the Plaza for things like Streetpass Quest.

I'm not sure about using them in games yet, but I'm a little doubtful to be honest

Mii Maker - QR Code/Image Options - Save Mii As QR Code.

"On the 3DS, Mii Maker offers you the option to generate QR codes that contain the data for your Miis. And, going the other way, it gives you the ability to scan in QR codes from others to get their Miis to pop up on your system.

Want to give it a try? That's my own personal Mii just above, with its unique QR code placed just beside it. If you've got your 3DS with you, just open up the Mii Maker app, choose "QR Code/Image Options," then "Scan QR Code" and point your system's camera at your computer screen. Line up the boxes and – tada again! – there I am, now living on your 3DS"

Take out the SD card and stick it in a card reader :lol:

I certainly hope it is. Streetpass is great if there are plenty of people around you that use it, but if nobody else in the area has a 3DS or just turns it off rather than putting it into Sleep Mode, then the only thing it really does is deny you the ability to use a good chunk of the console (and some games) functionality.... :cry:
