Do you still have the results of the GR A-Z thing you did a couple of years ago?
I'ld be quite interested to see them if you do, no need for the posh animated stuff (though it would be nice), just the list if you have it.

You're in luck, I still have them!

By the way, I just found out I called it 'Gamesradar's A-Z Hall of Fame'...

That's even worse, Halo 1 > Halo 2

If Halo 2 was at the height of it's multiplayer popularity, then it's not in any way surprising. 99% of most Halo 2 player's time was spent in multiplayer, the amount of time in single player is a drop in the ocean by comparison, so it's quality is almost irrelevant when it comes to rating it.

For many people, the online of Halo 2 destroys Halo 1.

Quake II deserves every bit of recognition it can get. As IGN said, it was the Halo of its day, and looking back, I suppose one might say that it completely blew my mind. Good list, we should do another A-Z contest and see what comes out on top this time.

Why not do a new one, and also have A-Zs of the forum's favourite game characters and/or in-game enemies? When we eventually get a main site, the results of all these contests could go up and we could send links to them to places like Kotaku and GoNintendo, publicising the place and hopefully getting ourselves some new members.

Burnout 3 is great, but I prefer Bomberman.

There's a lot of pure class in there, but I am curious as to what the stipulation was for the selection of these titles.

I mean, Burnout 3 > Burnout 2? I think not.

When it comes to the single player mode, Halo 2 doesn't even come close to matching the quality of Combat Evolved's campaign mode. I'd personally say it tops Halo 3's as well.(in my opinion)

How long ago was this done? At least three years ago?

How about someone steps up to create a new one A-Z Hall of Fame since there are plenty of people who aren't pleased with the results? We can't expect A.I. to do another one as he's doing enough events at the moment.

Hmmmm, slightly wrong there. Halo is way better than Halo 2. And Halo is better than Half Life.

If it were to be done again I don't think the bolded ones would repeat their listing.

If Portal goes to beat Pokemon Red in a revision of the list, then that's going to far with the Portal hype.
