Posting pics from the net to this forum on my iPad?

On a normal pc most pics on an Internet site u can load in a separate tab where it just has the pic, you can then just copy the url at the top of the page and past it into a post on this forum, then like magic you pic appears. However on my iPad I don't seem to be able to do this as it lad up some weird slide show feature when u click on a pic in google images. Does anyone have any idea how I can get round this and post pics on this forum?

Get tapatalk, you can upload pictures to here through that.

I upload mine to photo bucket then copy them over from there.

You can still do it, you just have to full size the picture. If it still doesn't do it, hold down on the picture to open in new tab and copy the address

Can I just say you're doing it wrong on the computer as well. With Google Chrome, right click the picture and copy URL without needing to open it in a new tab

It might not be the same thing, but if you hold it down does it still say 'copy url'?

If it does and you paste it over - does it fail to paste? I found a way round this (if this is the case of course). You post it into the URL box first, then reselect it and copy it again.

It then, for some unknown reason, be able to paste to forum.
