Chat kind of makes sense to be a designated roll over so you know when the new one starts. Maybe quarterly would work better.

"Wow! So this place is 500 years old?"

"Yes"

"500 years old?!"

 he does a bit.

Still, I find him quite charming. And when the subject matter's that interesting his flaws aren't quite so evident, or difficult to overcome.

Tower Heights at 9, (Y/N)?

Don't even know why I'm asking. Going to watch it anyway; have nothing better to do despite it looking frankly horrific. Expect many posts in the depression thread as it progresses.

I think the next chat thread should be the first that the new ruleset applies to, because otherwise the URL will be 'Chirpy August TCRT' for several months

Just found out my American grandfather was sent to jail for Attempted Murder in July.

My father's side of the family all lives in Washington. He's one of four children. My uncle died in a car accident while I was young, and one of my Aunts died of cancer in late June.

The Aunt who died bought her parent's home for them. When she died, my other Aunt took legal control of the house.

My grandfather is a terrible old bastard who was an abusive alcoholic for his whole adult life. My dad hasn't had a real relationship with him since he left for the army (Vietnam) when he was 16. The living Aunt hates him more than my dad does though, and when she got control of the house, she kicked her parents out of it.

Or tried to.

While my grandmother was out the house, my living Aunt and a real estate agent came by the house, and my grandfather has started shooting at them with a shotgun :slol: :slol:

His bail is set at $250,000. My dad's bought my 90 year old grandmother a trailer to live in. My grandfather's trial is later this month.

Huh, hardcore old geezer. Sounds harsh on the grandmother though.

If you mean Tower Heist it's not actually that bad. If you don't mind Ben Stiller, it's watchable.

Yeah that's the one. Had a quick glance at reviews there and they're not as bad as I thought they would be, don't mind Ben stiller he's fine in Zoolander and Dodgeball, think that's all I've seen him in.

Modern day Eddie Murphy, though :dread:
