The years don't match up though, surely?

Nah I'm pretty sure Romanov wasn't born until the 80s in the MCU.

Assuming the girl is around 11/12 that would make her about 79 when Winter Soldier happened so I don't think it will be her.

Yeah you're right, 1984 apparently. That sucks.

Okay this show is actually bloody good, it is a real shame there are only 8 episodes. Will there be a 2nd season?

No information on that yet. I'd like to see Agent Carter visit each decade but Marvel might want an 8 episode mini series of something else next year instead.

Agent Carter in the 90s might make sense next... It could cover Howard Starks car accident in 1991 and lead in to Civil War in 2016.

Would make more sense for the next season to be about the early days of SHIELD, the formation of which will presumably be at the end of this season.

I'm hoping to see the seeds of SHIELD being sown in the next few episodes, yes.

But I've really enjoyed this so far. After the initial disappointment of A.O.S, this has been fantastic from the start. Actually I should go back to A.O.S as I hear it got much better as it went on.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing an 8 episode season about the first Avengers team, assuming it's not covered properly in Ant-Man later this year.

That could be the subject of a whole movie, a 60s-set Avengers. Hot damn :datass:

I would be happy for them to keep it as is with another adventure for her. But it has been so much better than A.o.S. I certainly will miss it when it goes back

Yes! Perhaps they'll save that for Phase 4 :shifty: but then you have Spider-Man, Doctor Strange and Big Panther that I imagine they'd rather focus on instead.

I'm hoping they might bring Namor in to the universe through Black Panther and they could use Namor on the Avengers team, along with Peggy, Ant-Man, Wasp and the Human Torch.

I definitely want to see more period stuff from Marvel. As much as I like the movies, if everything is focussed in present day then it's going to get a bit boring, no matter how many genres of film they tackle.

All of it? Or just the episodes that's aired in the US?

I just checked Netflix Sweden and it's definitely up there. However it's just the first 6 episodes right now. Presumably the 7th will go up in the next day or so.

Shame, as I'd have finished it right now if it was up.

You would have thought Channel 4 would grab it.

I'm more shocked that Netflix didn't pick it up.
