His character designs stood out a mile, man was a legend in the manga scene and will mostly be known as the creator of Dragon Ball but also worked a lot in Video Games on classics like Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest with Square. Sad times

He was easily one of the most important names in the manga industry and his works meant so much to so many. His designs for Dragon Quest, Dragonball and other things he made are absolutely amazing and his works have inspired so many others. Likely alongside Miura two of the more modern legends of the manga industry alongsides the likes of Tezuka and the Fujio brothers.
