Just finished the fifth mission so about to start looking for a trauma kit. It's really entertaining and I enjoy hiding from the aline but I wouldn't call it scary.

Just finished chapter 6. They've really nailed the feel of the first movie. So tense when the aline is lurking about. I still wouldn't say I've been scared though, which is a shame. I can't wait to give it a go on the Rift, once the retail version comes out. I'm sure I'll bob my pants then. Also, the androids are proper freaky looking. I think it's their eyes and rubber folds.

Just got the flamethrower. Samuel's is clearly going to turn out to be evil. Why does anyone ever trust androids?

The only weapon I've actually used so far is the noise maker as a means of escape. I never want to chuck pipe bombs, molotovs, etc at the aline as hiding seems like the better option. What actually happens? Does the aline run away or hide or what? I'm assuming that it can't be killed.

Now buffs said it, why are you saying aline???

You can't kill the aline, those bombs and things are primarily for androids / humans.

Aaaannd finished. pretty good to be honest. I didn't find it scary, though it was tense. Good audio / environments / mechanics. I can see a sequel - though they might dumb it down for some of you n00bs.

There's a downloadable that you start up in-game which basically allows you to use a freecam to float about the level you have loaded up and shoot from any angle, etc. Works fine - I've tried it myself.
