Weapon H...

Did they do much more teasing of "Who is Voyager?" Cus everyone is really excited about that.

Also Cyclops doesn't need to come back. He died right. Everyone else got a lotta gooseberry fool to make up for :P

Locke and Key is on sale at Comixology.

Everyone should get that, it's great.

The Black Panther caught my eye actually, what about mainline Avengers stuff?

I think the Avengers books have been pretty poor since Secret Wars. Crap team roster and boring story arcs. Al Ewing's Ultimates and Ultimates 2 were far better and felt like the kind of thing a main Avengers book should have been, especially after Jonathan Hickman's run.

I used to buy a lot of Marvel titles between maybe 2005 and 2008 but stopped some time after Civil War because big events like Civil War and House of M before it were costing me a small fortune (I seem to remember Amazing Spider-Man going from monthly to thrice monthly with only a small drop in price being a big part of the problem).

I wanted to get back into comics but without spending too much so picked up a couple of the Panini reprints recently (which are about a year behind new releases I think), a lot seems to have changed in the decade or so I was away. I’m not even sure who anybody is any more.

And again! This is turning into the DFS sale of Marvel discounts.

Would be nice to see a decent DC sale at some point.

Nightwing would be ideal for him but the book's just got a new creative team. Bleeding Cool thinks he's writing Zatanna which would be an odd fit.

Yep.

It's great news as someone that didn't like most of his recent work and isn't interested in DC. He had way too much say at Marvel and his complete disregard for continuity and what other people were doing was unparalleled.

lol could you imagine how strawberry floating awful a Fantastic Four by him would be. Also:
But first, what was going on with Bendis at Marvel? He was writing Jessica Jones, Guardians Of The Galaxy, Defenders, Spider-Man, Spider-Men II, Invincible Iron Man and Infamous Iron Man. He had written the Civil War II crossover event. But he deliberately stayed well away from Secret Empire. His books didn’t crossover with the big event, and Guardians only did when he left.

I just put that down to him being stubborn and having no interest in the event because he wasn't writing it. He's done that in the past.

Not that Bendis is the nicest guy or the best writer but that "diversity doesn't sell" thing stuck in my craw a bit.
