I think you'll like Magneto #11, Maf.
The team he's assembled is frankly incredible - Marvel's best villains.I've got that, and these to go through:
Edge of Spider-Verse #5
Spider-Man 2099 #5
Avengers and X-Men: AXIS #2
Death of Wolverine #4
Death of Wolverine: The Logan Legacy #1
Uncanny X-Men #27
Should be good for a few hours.
EDIT: Edge of Spider-Verse 5 was written by Gerard Way... anyone know if that's the Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance fame?
It is. Worst part is I actually enjoyed the issue. Damn.
Some thoughts on the issues I've read:
Wolverine:
Well, the mini-series is over and he's pan bread. Sucks to be him. The actual issue was mildly underwhelming but the final page was very good. It'll be interesting to see the fallout to this at least. The follow up series hasn't started well but I'll give it another shot next week.Spider-Man 2099:
Very good issue. Morlun is clearly going to be front and centre in this crossover and I like that - say what you want about The Other and that whole Amazing Spider-Man run, but Morlun at least was always genuinely threatening.Edge of Spider-Verse:
Surprisingly good, if a little too manga-inspired for me. Gerard Way has a future as a comic book writer, amazingly. All that hanging around with Grant Morrison must have rubbed off.Magneto:

I'm really enjoying this. The whole issue was a massive deconstruction of the flaws of Tony Stark, and a eulogy of Scott Summers by Havok. I can't wait to see where this is heading.Uncanny X-Men:

He's the real deal, shockingly. Way is a former intern at DC. He also wrote the Eisner Award winning Umbrella Academy (drawn by the amazing Gabriel Ba) back in '07 as well as co-writing The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys with Shaun Simon (art by the equally amazing Becky Cloonan).
Both are worth checking out.

Also, isn't Counter Earth a leftover remnant of the Heroes Reborn thing? That's how Onslaught got back to 616 a while ago.

I like how Rich from Bleeding Cool is being all "WE TOLD YOU SO!!!11" about Sabertooth taking over the Wolverine role even though that was obvious months ago in that teaser Marvel released with Sabertooth wearing an almost identical costume to Wolverine's brown one.

I really like it - there's a great Mogwai reference in one of the first issues as well, before Cap goes to Dimension Z.
