Another Code and Another Code R are being remade for the switch. complete with new graphics, characters designs and voice acting

i loved these two games, had been holding out hope for years a new game would get made, i will take a remake though. day 1 purchase for me.

Why does almost every single Nintendo trailer have such strawberry floating awful voiceovers that simultaneously sound like they're being read under duress and talking to an imbecile in a condescending way.

Right I’ll warn the newcomers now. Obviously the second game has spoilers for the first game but some of those spoilers were used in the marketing fight time it came out so be careful if you go looking up about the wii version

Anyway, I loved the DS game at the time but I think it's going to lose a lot with anything other than the most perfect voice acting. That trailer didn't sound like it had the most perfect voice acting.

I loved Another Code and Hotel Dusk on the DS.

Pleased to see this again.

Yeah, pleased to see these. I loved Another Code on DS and never played the Wii game.

I hope these get a physical release.

i can confirm there is a physical release. as i just pre ordered it off nintendo

My initial impression is that I much prefer the look and style of the DS original. The Switch version just seems to have had a "make things blander" washover.

Much of this is subjective and down to personal taste, of course.

I might just have to track down the DS original. Looks a lot more emotive.

The DS art style is beautiful. Not quite Hotel Dusk beautiful, but very decent all the same.
