In the last episode of
Modern Life is Goodish (skip to the last part) Dave Gorman talks a little bit about how they're allowed to use various clips for free if they're presented for criticism or review. If you're using their footage of the woman and talking about it it feels like that would count as
fair use, but you might need to do a little more research into what
ITV actually allow you to use of their footage. It seems like different networks have different policies, which seems a little confusing.
If it's not monetized then you can probably argue the fair use point, but it depends how long you want to spend discussing it.
