Instead of saying metal he kept saying mehdhal. Must be all that Californian sun.

Nothing particularly groundbreaking but it was all good stuff. Better linking between apps in iOS is overdue but it's good to have.

Exactly. And how is me calling him a fanboy, when he clearly is an apple fanboy, any worse than you laughing at him? Like I said they're is some good stuff added, but it's hardly "new" in the mobile world. Like photek saying microsoft deserve a medal for a firmware update putting features back into the xbone that were on the 360 :lol:

They are important features though. We're getting closer and closer to parity between iOS and android.

Absolutely.

The inability of apps to communicate with one another has been one of my biggest gripes with iOS for a while now. My other big one is a lack of a swype keyboard, which I feel is all the more important considering how narrow their screen is.

I doubt it will cause me to switch (the £600 phone thing obviously being a factor) but at least the iPhone will no longer seem outdated.

I can handle a little bit of bants, just keep it on topic and constructive.

Anyway, being able to text and call from my mac is a fantastic feature. I'll use that daily. Photos being all stores on icloud is a killer feature, even at a modest cost. Continuity sounds like a fantastic feature.
