I think I do have a digi copy of the game for the Xbox 360... I recall getting it cheap in a sale but I've not actually played it. Sometime I will have a Sega Rally / Daytona USA session on the classic 360

Dev, I enjoyed both the "lookback" vid and your "live play" vid. Personally I like your laid back, "slow talking" style of presentation... it's almost like an antidote for the fast-talking, crazed style of most videos on YouTube
I've got two ideas for expanding your concept but I fear they may be a little too demanding in terms of time and resources.
1) Alongside your analysis of the arcade game, you could also take a look at the home computer / console conversions?
2) To build up interest in your study of the game, perhaps you could devise some sort of "high score" challenge so that other GRcadians could tackle the game and try to beat your own score / progress?
If these suggestions are a bit too onerous, maybe you could consider them as "special" events just for now and again?
