My mum was going to turn the electricity offf tommorow because of my Brother's constant arguing, talked her out of it thank god

Thats a bit bold

Wouldn't that have more severe repercussions, like defrosting the freezer?

The freezer's in the garage

That makes a difference?

Can't you just accept that Irene probably knows more about his house than you do?

It's a strange set-up, is all. Never seen one like that before.

I thought it was pretty common for houses to have multiple fuses? We can toggle on/off electricity for the upstairs, downstairs, garage and, err, a few other places that I'm not sure about individually. Seems like a rather archaic system that would allow everything to blow at once in case of an accident.

We have a detached garage so it's on it's own circuit

Our garage runs on the same system as the house, although it is detached too. Is multiple fuses actually a rare set up then? We could cut power to just the upstairs if we wanted, and our house is quite old.

I have my City and Guilds IEE Requirements For Wiring Installations 16th Edition. And by "turning electricity off" I made a silly mistake and assumed he meant at the main breaker.

I am stating right here, right now, that once I have received my role via PM, I will post in here saying:
I have received my role. I look forwards to playing the game with you all. :)

This way, nobody can make any assumptions based on my first post.

The exam I took for 16th Edition was multi-choice. It was piss-easy.

Also I'd like to note that while my avatar and sig have a lot of blue in them this has nothing to do with the game. In fact it's more likely that someone with no blue in their avatar or sig is an bluehat.
