Maybe there are no normal vigilantes in the game and only the vigi-wolves?

So the Vigis get as many kills as they have team members?

They'll cut throw the list of players rapidly if there's a decent number of them and a kill isn't found quickly.

I doubt that, there's only about 25 players or something. Unless they're only 2 or 3 of these Tiny Nobbed Vigilante's.
