As I explained several times in AYAV and basically every AYA? game ever, I'll push another vote toward the inactive platform. It forces activity.

Most people who have roles will post quickly at the start, as they are eager to play and remove themselves from the inactive list. I reckon if someone looks at the first 5 people who have posted in this thread since the role PM's have gone out, then there will be a vampire/Vigi in there somewhere.
Prob also some goodie roles too though.
The problem with this is we don't know for sure when Dan actually sent out the role pms so we can't really measure who the first 5 were.

Yes, coming from playing on one of the most successful (until we all got vigi killed) set of vampires there's ever been outside of maybe AYABH in terms of roles killed, I would then go and just give myself away in my second post. That makes so much sense it's unbelievable.

Thought I better add this in a second post so I don't get accused of editing my posts, but I think it might be better to focus on the task at hand rather than throwing out baseless accusations at the start of the game.

Panicked defense would be making up a role which doesn't really make any sense to the game anymore and wasting time fabricating about 6 pms of rng events without actually thinking that it doesn't make sense for me to have won all of them.

I have to say that I’m really looking forward to playing a game with our regular aliases so soon after one with alt accounts.
The big difference is that we are able to put people's contributions into far greater context by weighing them against their respective past actions. To use SD as an example, as his name is being thrown about and because he did end up being a Vampire, in the last game we were looking at his posts behind a random account with no background on which to form an opinion of his contributions.
To clarify I don't wish to take anything away from the Vamps' game last time out, I felt they played very well.
