Jiggles has pretty much doomed himself, if Devlin is a wolf then he gets killed in retaliation; if Devlin is a villager then we'll end up lynching him for wasting everyone's time.

Maybe I missed something, but instead of something that needs to be sorted it is just one person accusing him of being a wolf without any real evidence. Any of us could point at any other and come up with an equally compelling case.

I guess if he isn't and gets killed then we do have a lead in lynching Jiggles, but that'll probably get forgotten by tomorrow.

My point is - if it isn't explored then it's one of those things that will be continually dug up again and again - like i said a distraction.

Lynch Devlin. If he's innocent - lynch Jiggles.

I've voted Devlin because I think we do need to bring this lead to a close.

Is it weird that there has been no effort whatsoever to disuade us from lynching him though? Other than SD going for Karl, I guess, but I'm not particularly sold on SD being a wolf, I think if he was there'd have been at lest one other person backing him against Karl.

I don't think it's that simple. If Devlin is innocent we then question Jiggles who told him that Devlin was dodgy first as there could be an insane cop style role in the game. If Jiggles can't come up with anything then we lynch him.

It's been eerily quiet. Perhaps the wolves are collectively holding their breath, and know we won't be dissuaded from hanging Devlin. I guess we'll find out soon.

I don't know where we stand if Devlin isn't a wolf. Would we be wasting a day by hanging Jiggles? Do we have anything better to go on? I don't know.

Okay, I just Googled StayDead's phrasebook.

http://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=Cop

I don't think an "Insane Cop" - which, to the rest of us, is a Seer who sees the opposite of people's alignments - would make its way into a game of AYAW?. I would feel a little cheated if we had an anti-Seer on the team.

It's pretty obvious that we don't have an Insane Cop but we might well have an Aroused Cheesemonger or a Disgruntled Farmer in our midst.

I'm pretty sure I don't have to explain either of those roles.

Another great insightful post mocking StayDead

Just caught up and clearly Devlin is a goner, I hope Jiggles has called that with more evidence than he posted :dread:

It wouldn't take long for a so-called 'insane cop' to realise what was going on anyway. After all, the vast majority of people he 'investigated' would come back as being Werewolves. Jiggles didn't blurt it out on the first day, so we can assume that isn't the case. ...Unless he accidentally checked multiple Werewolves in a row first. :slol:

Where is Jiggles? He came in dropped my name and just sat back, delivering cryptic replies that said nothing whenever anyone asked him to explain it. Plus he's been showing online on the Board Index this whole time without replying to anything.

That's pretty much how Jiggles posts in these games. And all over the forum.

What is this? :(

You're a cryptic kind of poster. Nothing wrong with it, you're actually one of my favourite formuites.

Not sure if receiving a vote for no reason is a good thing or a bad thing...

Anyway, I've only just managed to catch up with this thread. Didn't manage to vote but would have voted for Devlin. I'm actually more convinced now than I was last night of him being a Wolf; he seems to be going through the "Wolf who knows he's a goner" motions, but then so did whoever it was yesterday who was acting similar and they turned out to be innocent.

I'm also suspecting Karl less, although I'm always wary of somebody who spends 2 hours composing a post to defend themselves. I keep repeating myself, but the only solid lead we have to go on after this Devlin/Jiggles fiasco is the Riksilver list. Anyone who opposes this without good reason is dodgy to me.

Nothing post etc etc

I have the busiest evening ahead of me and I just read through 15 pages of this :fp:

As a heads up, tomorrow night I will be travelling to spend the weekend with my girlfriend so I will be about a little less. Should be able to vote on the weekend elections though.

Hope you're okay, Skippy
