For FFS, why do people always ask this? There's no such thing as concrete evidence in this game.
I've never seen such a moany set of players.
Totally agree. It's one thing to point out someone else we should have voted for or flaws in evidence or whatnot but it's not like we can just abstain from lynchings. Someone always has to go and if we don't have any leads then yeah, it's gonna be a shot in the dark.
Some potentially interesting leads coming out of this though (either from good intel or bad tactics) so it's not the most useless lynching ever.
As stated repeatedly I put these two up because I looked through past mayoral elections and in both cases despite being active players they had almost entirely avoided voting for mayors, including on the weekend when the job excuse doesn't apply. I deemed that suspicious because it is abundantly clear that a primary way of finding wolves is to look through who voted for what mayor, and therefore by avoiding voting for mayors they don't turn up on those searches.
As for dangerblade's accusations on me, the first point is irrelevant. I didn't have anything worth saying since nothing had happened at that point in the game, and felt like making a post to avoid being considered inactive, so I figured that was as good a way to go as any. Besides, I was hardly the only person to make a post to that effect.
The second point I'm not entirely sure what you're getting at. I voted for rik first because there was at least evidence there, and I changed to tomous because to the best of my knowledge at the time the evidence against him was stronger. I wasn't the only person to do that either. As for the evidence against you two being more or less random, I've already explained why not voting for a mayor is of benefit to the wolves, and you two were some of the most obvious examples of that, although there are of course other names which stand out from that list besides you two. Was it random within that small subset, perhaps a little, at least between ironhide and ironically parksey, since they have very similar profiles, but on the whole there was as much logic behind it as any other accusation this game.
On your third point, I pointed out that when people were advocating going through the rik list they had initially missed off three people who voted for him. Yes they turned out to be villagers, but I'm pretty sure any responsible villager who noticed the discrepancy would have pointed it out, since it was obviously either an honest mistake or a ploy to take attention off one of them. I should also point out that at the time I backed following the rik list as our best move, even if the way wolf kills has gone means I'm no longer convinced of that.
Voting past deadline I admit doesn't look great, although I should point out that I believe it was 2:01, so hardly a long time after deadline. I'd been in a class until 1:30 and between grabbing lunch and catching up on the thread the deadline caught up on me. Did I need to vote, no, but I would argue that as a wolf I'd have been better off not voting at all then making a move that would obviously look scummy should Devlin flip wolf, as he did.
I know I said it on the day when DML was mayor, but today also, we will reflect on as a turning point.
Depending on how the lynch turns out, I think we will have generated a lot of strong leads from the mayoral vote today.
I will repeat my theory: the wolves are being led by an inexperienced Alpha, and are not coordinated. I think it is perfectly possible they are block voting.

You better not turn out to be the strawberry floating Alpha.
Does anyone have the list of people who haven't ran for mayor (I believe there was such a thing)? I have a line of thought I'd like to follow through on.
PaperMacheMario wrote:strawberry float these 'random 2 players' mayors and the people voting for them. What's it gonna take to go through the list?
Are you honestly still suggesting going through the list when we actually have a lead for like the first time in the last 4 phases and by have a lead I mean Ironhide told us Parksey is a wolf.
