I start playing football again this evening after a summer break. I feel unfit and need to lose at least 3-4 stone.

So feeling & looking unfit, bah! I'm sure getting back on the bike, running & playing football will help sort things out. So lots of hard work then :fp:

I'm not fat actually I wish i could gain bit weight but I am unfit as I just don't like working out and gooseberry fool.

I do play footie on weekends so maybe that counts?

I started playing ultimate again this summer after several months out and and for the first couple of sessions my feet would kill and I'd have picked up some sort of minor injury. Now that I've got back into it, it's still tough to play as I'm not particularly fit but at least I don't pull any muscles anymore.

My BMI's where it should be apparently. I've got a tear in my shoulder muscle though, which has stopped me climbing for the last 2 months, so certainly not as fit as I could be at the moment.

I have no idea how much I weigh.

I think I've lost a lot of weight recently due to food poisoning....so you could consider eating at Harvester if you like.

I'm not as fit as I could be, I've been rather lazy this summer and gained a couple of pounds, even so I'm only 10 and a bit stone so I'm not too worried. I'm starting to lose that weight now anyway...

I was just over 12 stone but I've just been for a gooseberry fool so I'm just a shade under 12 stone now. I've put some weight on since I stopped smoking and I really need to lose a few pounds, but its hard finding the time.

Not fat, but unfit. Supposed to be running a half marathon (13 miles) at the weekend but the most I have managed in 'training' is 5 miles. :fp:

I've never said a thing bad about black people. Being fat is a choice though. A bad choice.

I am gaining weight I think 8-)

Comfort food ftw. 8-)

However I am still skinny. And I would be unfit by now probably. (Me not knowing if I am unfit is the clue).
