I didn't pick the person, just the numbers out of a hat sort of thing. Anyway it's fine I can only continue to escalate the scale of complexity and train wrecking going on with every post, me and Qikz are doing an excellent job, there is no need to be alarmed.

Why didn't you tell us this before? Why would you keep information about a potential bad role secret? Why did you leave us under the impression that you and Num had scanned each other on the first day?

It's anyone's guess what happened. I'd be more annoyed but it was obviously going to get messy after the infections. Looking forward to the debrief at the end to find out who screwed whom. In the mean time I shall put on my special infection proof hat and wait.

It would be nice if the spaceships had a self destruct, if we are going to be overwhelmed then at least they wouldn't get off mars an earth would be safe.

I think i've realised why this situation caught me so far off guard. Because ultimately why did the infected bother? Kezzer and Karl came up with a plan which had no guarantee of success and even threw Albear under the bus in order to make it possible, when essentially they were already in a game winning position the moment Kezzer elected himself as leader.

He could have thrown me out the window and allowed infections and we'd be in a situation almost identical to the one we're in now only a day earlier. (Except maybe Euan would be alive haha) They could even infect the same three people they infected this time, i'll be curious to see what the reasoning was on your side when all's said and done because I think that's what's really bugging me about all this.

Edit: The possibility of a third punisher?

No word from Kezzer since about midday yesterday, I want to hear what he has to say. I don't see why he is any more suspect than Nun or Qikz, I mean, according to everyone's current stories, no one even bothered to scan Nun.

There was no need to scan Nun.

He knew the name of my role and what it could do without me saying anything to him. He had the same role.

I'm very suspicious that Qikz was turned last night by the alpha to be honest, given that he's now accusing me - I think before that he was probably just a gullible human.

Think we've probably had it to be honest but I'm interested to see how today pans out.

You'd better give us a final chance or I'll be mildly upset. Feels like everything's gone the infected's way so far.

Screw it. I've been right all along.

We're never going to disentangle the mess of Nun/Qikz/Kezzer- especially with changing stories even before last night, and the chance of Kezzer/Qikz is now compromised over night. (And all 3 of of them could be compromised since Day 1/2).

It's also very very strange that Kezzer has disappeared.

I also realised we only have Nun's word that he gave a townie the super power - and then the infected infected said townie and gained power - another staggering coincidence in a story of long odds they spin. What if he WAS infected and the offer was "kill a townie, get a power"?

Something is dodgy in the trio. We know this.

I'll stand for lynching one of them - with a strong personal preference for Kezzer as I think he's most likely the Alpha, and the other either patsys or simple infected. But open to being swayed up to 6pm by arguments.

Anything today is going to be a horrific gamble, but this looks like a valid gamble.

Right, I've been thinking long and hard about everything that has happened in the last couple of days and none of it makes any sense. The stories keep changing and we can't corroborate anything that Nun/Qikz/Kezzer have said because they refused to be open and honest.

One of them could be the Alpha but it is a waste of time trying to unravel this mess.

We could take a punt and lynch one of the three, hoping that they are the Alpha, but even if we did this we would not win the game because the Beta has been resurrected.

We should therefore ignore Nun/Qikz/Kezzer and their mess. It is just another distraction.

Instead, we should focus on what we know for certain: we should lynch the Beta, we should lynch Tomous.

Remember, we still outnumber the infected 9-7 and we can still win this! The only sensible play is to remove the Beta, take whatever lifeline the great Moggy throws at us and hope that we're still in the game by tomorrow morning.

If we are somehow still fighting by tomorrow, we can then reassess our options, but there is no point getting ourselves in a muddle today when we can remove the Beta for certain.

I repeat, let's ignore the mess made by Nun/Qikz/Kezzer and lynch Tomous.

On that basis, I will stand for leader:
