If you came back as human I'd be absolutely flabbergasted - you'd either have been left uninfected to look like a prime candidate for Alphahood or you actually are the Alpha. However if you come back infected and subsequently killed we've pretty much wasted our scan for the evening. You've made yourself too much of a target now to survive imo.

You've got a good point, and I have considered it too.

What I'm thinking is, the space marine is going to scan someone tonight, and either find them clean (or the alpha) or infected then kill them.

Normally we would got for the latter, but I say just in case tomorrow with MECHAPUTIN they Mayor has to decide on something, we need a Mayor that is trust worthy, and a scan is our best way of proving that (even if it isn't perfect).

So, while I might not be the best person to scan because I'm probably likely to be infected tonight, we know I wasn't infected before tonight.

Unfortunately no one had a clean scan yesterday that we could scan again.

If you can think of someone you think is clean to scan instead of me tonight, then I agree, we should scan them. Problem is, either way we're going to announce or plans in the thread so the alpha can see, so they could just target anyone we choose to get them killed.

Maybe this is a decision for the Space Marine to make on their own, so the Alpha can't interfere.

I'm happy to be scanned in order to be mayor for tomorrow but do agree with TNAG that either way it will be a bit of a lucky dip with trying to scan someone who doesn't get targeted today. If no one else goes up then TNAG will be infected, though, killed by the scanner and we will still have no way of knowing who's clean to install for mayor tomorrow.

The chances of me being alpha are incredibly slim consdering I was travelling without the internet for days up till late last week. This would've been the shittest game ever if I was the alpha

missed the voting again. let's not worry about who is going to be Mayor tomorrow and concentrate on who to put in the airlock today. We need somebody who is 99% guaranteed to be infected.

I'd say we need either Albear, abcd, Sykes, or the leftover SONMers on airlock duty today. Still not sure we're any closer to finding the Alpha but going for people who are playing different games than they usually would is a solid enough plan I think.

In terms of tomorrow's mayor, I think the marine should scan a random from the human list and then we roll with that.

Yeah he did the same in the last wolves game, is why I was pissed when I got back online and realised he'd already been outed. Could've been the hero

Reading it back do realise it doesn't absolve me though. But seriously, as much as I enjoy forum games I'm not the type of person to hunt out wifi daily while in the middle of nowhere in order to post kills or whatever.

I've been completly honest since day 1. I was the first person to go public about being immune and only found out for the first time yesterday that I had lost this power.

Albear said that he only found out he lost his power the other day yet the vial that fatdaz broke was days an days ago.. would have thought he would have known sooner..
They been infecting really active well known players from past games like denster, qikz, mini e etc.. Albear is one of those. Also the alpha could be anyone according to moggy, so think he's a possibilitly..
I am going to stick with albear today. So if i'm wrong i'm sorry but at the very least would have thought he's infected, going by who they've hit previously.

The space marine, if we have one left, should check out Albear tonight. We kill the person we put in the airlock, it has to be someone that's more than just a feeling in your tummy.

Tbf he couldn't have known sooner as Moggy said that even the people who lost their immunity would not know.

Unfortunately none of the immune were told if they had lost their power or not. So only found out when I was scanned and survived

I would personally rather we went after somebody who wasn't actively playing the game. Someone whose lack of activity looks suspicious.
