Great news! I thought he was a pretty good Constantine, it was the show that was the problem.

After starting with The Flash, I've started and finished all 3 seasons of Arrow.

Most memorable season 1 episode is where Oliver lectures a vigilante about murdering people and then murders him. :slol:

Slade Wilson casting was perfect. Crixus from Spartacus. :datass:

Barrowman. :datass:

Smallville really put me off the idea of a long running Superhero show, but I've really enjoyed the seasonal story arcs.

Roll on season 4 Arrow, season 2 The Flash and season 1 of Supergirl and also Legends of Tomorrow.

Thea Queen could play Annie from Community's sister.

While I didn't love Slade's motivation, Manu Bennett was great and the Deathstroke costume was superb.

One of the worst costumes I've ever seen.

Good return - Nice fight scenes although Thea was a bit annoying in the opening one. Diggle's costume looked only slightly better than the pics. I assume Lance's betrayal is something to do with Laurel or Sara. Great to see Neal McDonough turn up. Felicity was less annoying. Who's in the grave? I'm guessing Diggle. The showrunners don't even know who it is yet.

Yeah I enjoyed that but I wish they would do away with the flashbacks.

4x03- Barrowman as Ras Al Ghul shouldn't work as well as it does.

4x01 spoiler
I reckon it's Felicity, hence Barry being at the grave, which probably means more time travel in The Flash to reset everything again.

Speculation after 4x03
There's going to be time travel to brin Felicity back and tie things to the spin-off series featuring Ray 'the Atom' Palmer, Black Canary and Cold.

4x05- I liked the episode but Constantine didn't get to do much. He was basically a plot device to heal up Sarah for Legends of Tomorrow.

I had to give up on this show after season 3, that sequence of episodes from 10-15 was just horrific. I liked the show because it was silly, but was executed well. Season 3 though - everyone lies to each other, everybody's miserable, most of the characters completely contradict themselves, the Laurel arc is just embarrassing, the general plot is just so stupid. Malcolm Merlyn gets away with bloody murder, literally. Bullshit.

Season 3 was the worst but 4 is a step up.

I read the Wiki synopsis for every episode so I know what happens (it actually got loads worse, somehow) so I'm strongly considering swerving the show for good. I'll give season 4 a try when it comes out on blu-ray (and when I've calmed down) next year.

Season 4, episode 7.

Getting the stunt/fight choreographer to direct this episode was a great idea. Fight scenes were lengthy one shot filming style.

It's very amusing that the Ghosts don't ever use their guns on the characters who aren't bullet proof.

I'm assuming Darkh is unable to affect Thea due to her using the Lazarus pit.

The scenes with Darkh and Oliver were great.

Barrowman swag.

North new episode next week. Think it's the Thanksgiving break.

I think I made a big error going straight into S3 after watching S1 of the Flash. Same world storywise, different world quality wise.

Still can't stop laughing at how ridiculous Laurel's 'canary scream' looks, and Thea's spinning kicks are almost as bad.

4x08- There are Captain Cold action figures in the Arrowverse? He's murdered a load of people! What toy company thought that was appropriate?

I think I know who is going to die this season: Ollies newly discovered son and possibly his ex too, I'll be very surprised if it's Felicity (not that they'd risk killing off such a popular character anyway)

Really liked this crossover episode, sets up a lot of interesting plot threads.

What the hell is Malcolm doing with those ashes?

Why wouldn't Oliver tell Felicity about his son, surely she'd be okay with that given how she's totally fine with his nightly vigilante exploits.

Wasn't that sceptre Ollie helped Constantine find an Egyptian relic too, the sceptre of Osiris or something like that?

And how would Dharke not know about The Flash?
