I was actually in on this from the beginning. DML made me a vigilante and told me to do what I did to create some proper drama.

Just when I thought I might legitimately do well in a Werewolf game..

For the record. I'd worked all this out and that's what I was going to reveal before I was killed...

This reminds of the (famous graphic novel spoiler) Watchmen ending for some strange reason. :lol:

Well played DML - very entertaining game!

Glad it went the way it did, or i'd have given up all hope of ever playing this game again!

Getting so many specials in one night was unbelievable. Utterly convinced there was a leak and all hope was gone!

Wait a second though... who fired the crossbow? :shock:

I don't know whether to laugh, cry or rage.

I think I'll just turn all the power off in my house and sit in silence for an hour or so.

For ages I was utterly convinced pyxl had insider information on the map. Either he was a Merchant and got hold of information on where to dig, or he was receiving this information from someone else and voicing it in the thread to protect that person. I wanted to say of my suspicions and demand we dig D2 but I was worried the wolves would kill him off. Turns out everything was wrong. x

The island is actually not cursed, or inhabited with werewolves. It was in fact booby trapped by an insane inventor who wanted to keep pirates away. He invented the 'curse' to scare visitors, and made up a treasure to entice pirates so he could test his traps every night.

I think you guys were utterly fantastic. You played a deep, well thought out game, which I think would have succeeded if it wasnt for the unlucky 'three power kills' night - which I think demorilised everyone, and is the reason I have ended the game a little earlier then I was going to.

The digging would have found treasures that pointed to the reality of the situation.

I hope everyone still had fun, and I do hope everyone will have fond memories of this game and everyones 'theories'.

If anyone has any questions - I will answer them!

EDIT - Oh - and dont hate me too much for tricking you - it was all in good fun, and to test you all. You all passed with flying colours with your thoughtful, informed approach to the game. I will never do anything so audacious again - you can trust it would be a normal game next time!

This is the first AYAW? I've followed and I've been checking the thread as often as I can for updates it's been so enthralling. I too had my own suspicions but what a twist :lol:

And I definitely would like to take part in the next game whenever that is!

And to think BLADEFORCE III was on the cusp of turning this game around for the Humans.
