I still can't see how they managed to lose that with no wickets down at lunch. That was some of the most stupid shot selection I've ever seen.

Utter dross.

They just don't appear to have the mentality to defend their wicket and treat scoring runs as a secondary objective. Look at all the upper order batsmen - all out trying to score runs which didn't matter today. The only thing that did matter was not getting out - so logically you would think that they would understand that in order to not get out they need to avoid playing shots that can get them out. But they don't seem to get it.

There are some positives to come out of the series, not many, but some. Jennings and Hameed look like decent shouts for number 2 & 3.

Wouldn't be surprised if Cook gave up the captaincy - he's on a hiding to nothing. Hopefully it'll allow him to get back to his run scoring best.

Sky have the SA/Sri Lanka Test Match on so the Big Bash is on Channel 5. The studio stuff is absolutely abysmal :fp:

Stuart Broad is playing in the Big Bash and getting booed fantastically every time he comes out to bat/bowl in away games from Hobart. Someone currently shouting "WHO ARE YA" at him :lol:

Eng A vs. Ind A on Star Sports 2 now. Tbh our team is mostly made up of first team players. Indian team only really has Dhoni, Yuvraj, Dhawan and Nehra that might made their full team.
