A Ballance double hundred can't be far off with thinking like that.

Nope - he holes out in the deep on 197 looking to win it with a 6 with two runs required. Broady comes in to knock off the winning runs.

Also - I was about to put a tiny bet on England for the lols but they're only 13/2 chasing 474  Those are ridiculous odds.

Are they going to strawberry float Ballance off again for a while?

strawberry float off Ballance ya useless twat.

To be fair, the whole team has batted poorly in this test. Probably over confidence.

Wankers. No guile, no guts, they don't want it enough. SA bowled some good stuff to get Cook and Root but the rest can strawberry float off.

That's 4 innings out of 4 where Ballance's technique has been the primary cause of him getting out. Nothing has changed since his last recall, why bother persisting. Seriously, if he is still in the team for The Ashes then I'm not going to bother watching. It is so abundantly clear that he is not up to it that I feel like screaming.

They say they play Dawson to alleviate pressure from Moeen being the sole spinner responsible for getting wickets when the quicks aren't getting anything. How about strawberry floating off Dawson and padding the batting seeing as we apparently can't do that either? That would give us a greater chance of scoring more runs to defend, which would also reduce the pressure on Mo.

If you want a spinner who is in decent nick with the bat then tubby Samit should be getting a call.

Don't know if anyone's been watching/listening, but the England women's team have just sneaked into the World Cup final. They needed two from four balls against South Africa and they lost a wicket before the new batsman smashed a four on her first delivery. A measure of revenge for yesterday!

I was listening to it on TMS and it was pretty nerve wracking from what should have been a relatively simple target.

With regards TMS, Ebony Rainford Brent is a very good commentator/summariser/whatever they're called.

Yep. I've watched a few of their matches and on the whole they've been good. Bit of a nail biter today but they walloped the same team for 370-odd earlier in the tournament so I always felt they'd come through. Australia or India in the final which is on Sunday.

+1 for Rex's ERB comments.
