Decided to try Monster-Shop even though I've never used them before as they're selling for just £19.99 (cheapest I've seen elsewhere is closer to £25):

Just to say, my order of this from Monster-Shop turned up today. So can certainly recommend them for price and speed of service!

Price has gone up to £29.99 now. Looks like I'll be getting it off the PS Store digitally.

Sorry to see you weren't able to get it. I don't recall issues signing up to the site but I may have just gone through as a guest!

In terms of the game itself I've played the first 4 levels and so far I'd say the hype is definitely justified. It's just such an adorable, enjoyable game that will leave you with a huge smile on your face. Very interested to see how it develops and the different ideas it continues to bring to the table.

I've done the first 2 levels from World 1 and replayed level 2 about 5 times trying to find the last bloody Bot on that stage (think it was number 4 or 5 that's missing) and also found the hidden chameleons from the first 2 levels. Bloody lovely and charming game.

I absolutely loved Mario Odyssey but for me this tops it and I've only played the first 2 levels

Amazing! I enjoyed the original Astro Bot games but they were mini-games for showcasing hardware. So it's a nice surprise to see such widespread comments for a VR specific title. I can't wait to check it out as I do like these Astro Bot characters, a bit clumsy but funny.

Now that's praise

I've pretty much decided I'm going to get PSVR when I move into a house as then I'll have more space for keeping things. This is right up there on my wanted list

Have to say I agree with KjGarly. Completed the 2nd world and so far I'd say I've enjoyed this more than Odyssey too. Genuinely a game of the year contender for me and given the standard of the likes of God of War and Spiderman this year I'd never have thought I'd be saying that going into the game!

The game this most reminds me of, not in art style but in its charm and clever uses of the technology, is Tearaway. That was a game perfectly suited to the Vitas unique features and qualities and this does similarly for VR.

From what I've read on Facebook groups World 3 is all kinds of awesome. Can't wait to finish work and try and get on it again. I agree with the Tearaway comment, another platformer I absolutely loved on the Vita.

Better than Odyssey and Tearaway comparisons

You know how to make me want a game

Some of the review were calling it "VR's Mario 64 moment" :)

Amazon cancelled my order so I think I will be holding off until it is back in stock at a sensible price (using Amazon credit for purchase).
In the mean time I will try and clear some of my VR backlog.

£24.99 at Smyths. I might pick up a copy today as they've got them in stock at my local store.

God damn it's annoying that I've got a busy weekend ahead. Might pick it up tonight and try to fit in some time with it. From everyone's impressions it sounds awesome.

The levels are quite short so even with the headset and setup it's a fairly good game to play in short bursts

Good to know.

I might give it a shot tonight if I get a chance.

I'd love to play this but as I already have a vr setup I can't justify getting psvr for one game. Hopefully one day I'll be able to borrow a headset or something.

I didn't end up getting this as the sensible part of my brain stormed the embassy and killed my impulsive side, ive spent far too much in a short space of time, but this is definitely top of my VR list.

There are people who own PSVR and won't play Resident Evil 7...that is a crime.

Now on to World 2 and it just gets better and better.

Also found that last hidden little gooseberry fool of a bot on World 1 - 2 :toot:
