I was asking my dad (bear with me, I know little on the issue) regarding drug testing... When someone comes along and dominates, like Bolt, or just does really well at all, does that then mean that they will be drug tested or does the drug testing always remain random?

Or is drug testing random in the first place...?

He will be drug tested right after the race.
