What a moment!

Thoughts go out to Bolt though. Didn't deserve to go out like that.

Even more impressive as they have been saying all week that the track has been very slow.

Amazing from the men to win gold.

Obviously a massive shame for Bolt to bow out in that way. Doubt we'll ever see someone quite as incredible as him again.

Didn't realise that Brendon Foster has retired now from commentary after the world championships. That's a shame.

Yeah, I think this was mentioned on the athletics last night (unless I'm misremembering). Whilst it might be good to not have to build a new barely used athletics stadium, it's a ridiculous proposal as the athletics are the major part of these events and what most people want to see. Why would you want to send them all away to London?

Really felt for Hassan falling in the final strait of the 10,000m. So close!

Can't believe the same thing happened again in the 4x400m.

Never seen a fall close to the finish line before and then twice back to back.

What is going on with the timings and results in these championships. You have a race and then you need to wait 5 minutes to get the proper times and results because what shows up on screen immediately is basically just made up.

What a W 100m final. As great as Dina is she's got some way to go before she runs 10.6.
