Mad Max is a video game developed by Avalance Studios and published by Warner Bros. The game is out on 4th September 2015 in Europe.
It's an open-world game with Batman's melee combat. The difference comes in that there's going to be a hell of a lot of driving here (yes, even more than in Arkham Knight). The game revolves around your car, the Magnum Opus in the title (the Interceptor gets nicked in the opening cutscene, and the plot is essentially "get yer car back") and doing open world things which results in upgrades for your car. And by "upgrades", I mean guns, flamethrowers, and spikes on top of the usual speed n handling upgrades. Car combat is also a prominent component of the game, as is stronghold development. You'll have to scavage for food and water (which essentially serve a similar role to Just Cause 2's health packs) and fuel (which will be plentiful. It is a car game, after all) Yes, there's a pre-order DLC bonus. Yes, PlayStation has bagged themselves a (timed) exclusive bit of DLC. I would also wager on a season pass being made. Yes, there's Ubisoft Towers. Yes, your companion is called Chumbucket.
Avalanche Studios boss Christofer Sundberg has shared a teaser screenshot of an unannounced game on his personal Twitter account.
“We’re making awesome games at #avalanchestudios! This year will be awesome! #yearoftheavalanche,” said Sundberg.
Internet forum goers are suggesting the game to be either Just Cause 3 (essentially confirmed in development; Sundberg’s resume says he is working on an “unannounced sandbox action game” / “new installment in a very well-known game series” for Square Enix due out on “next generation platforms” in “June 2015″) or the studio’s Mad Max title (oft-rumored to be their “first license game”).
Back in November, Sundberg suggested the studio has completed its current generation game development, and has moved on to next-gen.

Considering it's a blurry photo how can you tell. Obviously you can't see any 'next-gen' textures and details, but there's certainly nothing WRONG with the image, the character model seems pretty high grade.
