There were quite a few bits cleverly edited in the trailer, that being one of them.

Yeah I think me and Anung both audibly reacted to that bit too. Great way to clear up a nagging little plot hole from seven or eight years ago there.

That was fantastic! Loved it! Much better than Civil War IMO.

Saw it again, pacing is very good. Loads of people gasped when someone got stabbed.

Spidey and Thanos were both amazing.

Only a few people got the final post credit reference.

Yeah two of my mates asked me what the hell that.

I said it’s
Ms/Captain Marvel.

And their reply...

That elastic awesome.

I was glued to the screen the entire time. Amazing.

Funny from listening to people on the way out that many people fury paged Captain America. Comments like its a bit late to text Captain America now.

Clearly anyone that evaporated at the end will be saved but I also wonder whether they have been sent somewhere rather than eliminated as you are supposed to believe.

I'm expecting Gamora to be brought back to life when everything is fixed, something to do with her soul being released from the stone or something.

Also I can't remember, at the end of thor 3 was Valkyrie on their ship? As she wasn't shown at the start was she?

My brain can't process this amount of awesome. But a few quick points:

Drax easily got the two biggest laughs in our viewing with the "one hour" and "why is Gomorrah!"

I almost let out a genuine "gooseberry fool!" when Red Skull appeared.

My eyes began to water when Peter Parker began to turn to dust. I thought that moment was absolutely perfect.

Literally no one left the cinema before the end credits scene and the atmosphere was electric.

Doctor Strange is so cool. I think he might be my favourite.

And Thanos was amazing. I'm wondering if he'll have a change of heart in the next one. Or just go off the deep end from grief/regret. I dunno if that's something his character would do?

The state of DC is just even more hilarious now.

Well! That was incredible, every single beat hit for me and the rest of the screening I was in by the sound of it. Lots of gasps of disbelief, lots of laughs and then pretty much everyone around me were wiping tears away when Parker died.

Obviously it’s all being undone (after the snap), but still just amazing.

Going to miss Loki :(

Just to add to my earlier thoughts, I expected Loki to spend the film hanging Round with Thanos so was shocked when he was killed ofat the start.

Why did Thor need a hammer? I thought he realised at the end of Thor 3 that he didn’t need one and the power was inside him and not the hammer.

Also on the way out their was nearly an argument when a group of guys were overly loudly taking about the film as they walked past people queuing to buy tickets. Commenting that they couldn’t believe that they killed off almost everyone :fp:

That's exactly why I was so determined to see it ASAP.

Too many inconsiderate morons who would ruin it.
