I suspect that if this vision comes true it'll happen at the end of the next one, but I don't think that was ever meant to be a canonical look into the future, was it? It was more Scarlet Witch tapping into Iron Man's fears and paranoia after the first Avengers film to send him doolally.

I think it’s been mentioned in interviews that this is down to the soul stone, but I could be wrong

Then I remembered that The Milano must still be around as the Guardians will have used it to land on Titan.

Just back from this and I echo everyone's sentiments. Great film with a few minor flaws (confusion over the surviving Asgardians, obviousness of the incoming death reversals). Thanos is probably the first great MCU villain too.

EDIT: Just after writing this I saw my first ever ad for Marvel on Instagram.
