PostThe Traitors: UK S2 concludes. Australia S2 on iPlayer now
by rinks » Tue Nov 29, 2022 11:55 am

The BBC have clearly seen the popularity of Are You A Werewolf? on here and devised their own version, called Traitors.

In this nail-biting psychological competition, Claudia Winkleman greets 22 strangers as they arrive at a beautiful castle in the Scottish Highlands to play the ultimate game of detection, backstabbing and trust, in the hope of winning up to £120,000.

But hidden amongst them are The Traitors whose job is to secretly murder a player every night, without getting caught.

It’s up to the others, the Faithfuls, to try to detect who the traitors are, and banish them from the game, before they become their next victim.

For the lucky ones who survive to the end, they have the chance of winning that life-changing cash. But if a Traitor remains undetected, they’ll take all the money.

From the trailers I thought this was a rip-off of The Mole, might watch a live action Mafia.

I'm still months away from sharing my creation, but I can gaurantee nobody will be coming along wanting to televise it. Maybe I need to make it... sexier.

Time for a redesign!

I'm assuming it's a late night show, otherwise they're really going to have to tone down all of the fingering.

I can't believe I wasn't recruited for this.

Check out my YouTube channel!
One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

I must admit, i thought of AYAW the moment i saw the trailer a few days ago.

If Sprouty's taking part then he should be up for the lynch on day 1.

I was hoping for Mole similarity. Seems like a cross between the two.

Thought that was a very good first episode. But a bit pointless having two teams in the task, because it all goes into the same prize fund. Some good players, some very annoying. Winkleman not as grating as she often is. I’ll be sticking around to see how it goes.

I enjoyed that!

I like how two players secretely being a couple is basically a real life lovers role.

The melodrama of the traitor meeting was very Hot Fuzz

The frustration watching this is palpable. Of course I have pitched this idea before to deaf ears.
