Depends. Are we talking great great or great-but-actually-what-I-really-mean-is-just-good great? Because Nolan's Batman films are certainly the latter (well, the first two), but not in a billion years the former.

This.

I just think it's become popular to trash them on here. Especially TDK.

Or when he says to her on the way there "Don't panic...You've been poisoned!"

That was good I thought. :shifty:

It was good, tha's why. All the Batman hate :fp:

Anyhoo, anytime that CGI dog alien appeared in Alien 3. I think it's some of the worst CG brought to cinema in an otherwise good action flick.

Anung wrote:Plus y'know without the thunder he wouldn't have been able to escape full stop.

To be fair,

a) He probably planned the escape to coincide with the night of the expected storm.

b) If there hadn't of been thunder, he'd have cracked the pipe anyway. He didn't have anything to lose, and his escape attempt had be geared for that one night. It's just providence that it did thunder.

The bit in Die Hard where Rickman pretends to be an american on the roof is just :fp:

He can't do a german accent and then tries his best to do an american one, but it always makes me laugh so I love it

"One of they RAAAANCHES that has the guns that shoot PAIYNT!"

That bit in Twilight when Bella does a silent but deadly fart and Edward gets turned on by it. It takes a 10/10 down to 9/10.

That bit was improvised on set when someone heard Rickmam's US accent and thought it was too good not to use. Weird.

Well well well. Hans.

I'll be damned. So didn't he bump into him on the roof and end up there then?

The whole of Flash Gordon and the original Batman movie.
