Bad Weather -Here come the rain...

Could do with some updates as I'm waiting on someone arriving in Glasgow from a flight from the area later this evening!

P.s. Glasgow has no snow, and even has some powerful sunshine earlier.

No more snow in Loughborough today. In fact, it's been quite a nice day. Though all the snow is melting.

Well I woke up this morning to find we had little snow in the night, (I got up at 7) I recieved a text from my mate telling me that the buses are running, so I called the job centre who told me to go to Kettering as the buses are working, and It's not a day off, they wait until I am just about to get off the bus to tell me it's been cancelled, then all of a sudden it is coming down hard and the return buses have stopped!

Now I had to ring up my dad who lucky for me had the day off also due to him being a postie in a stron union! and he managed to get to me within an hour (in that hour he told me to wait in view near the lidl.) so I was strawberry floating frozen! took us about 40 minutes to get home as well, usualyl takes about 10!

We saw loads of accidents, people were just rushing to get home and just sliding all over the show, just be patient mummy strawberry floaters!

Anyway so another half day off! if it's like this on monday I am not even going to strawberry floating bother!

For the second day running, I was the only one in my office who bothered to go to work (though some of the other departments' staff came in). Didn't see why I should bother doing any work, considering the others were skiving off, and as I had the room to myself I stuck on some raucous music and made extensive use of my iPhone.

According to my parents the town is littered with ditched cars, there were three in my road earlier. It's odd how so little snow how done so much round here. But a two day week with Sunday night predicted to be worse is never bad for me

Started snowing at 5 in the morning

, but according to the MET Office it's supposed to be dry and sunny here :fp:

I drew the outline of a heart in the snow five days ago and it is still there.

You can't really make it out because of the shitty camera, but that's snow that's falling.

The camera is really bad at picking it up, but it really is pouring it down at the moment

It wasn't the dish after all. I checked the signal on both lines coming in. First one was 100% on quality and strength, second was zero on both. Turned it all off and hay presto! Sky HD FTL.

Finally! Snow! It's coming down really thick and is supposed to be pretty much nonstop for the rest of the day. I'm in the process of building a snowman but I'm waiting for more to fall at the moment. Doesn't look like it will take long.

Met Office say Heavy Snow for us again tonight

Might be off school again, that'll make it four days.

There was a fair bit of snow here through the night. Hopefully there'll be more to come, and a way for me to get out of Uni.
