Almost got a win with the blue deck. Had buffed my threes and pairs and had some Jokers that upped my mults quite well for those hands. It wasn't a huge point scorer but it was very consistent with good scores so I was winning every blind until the very end. Final boss blind had an increased blind of 300,000 and I was about 50K shy in the end.

Yeah a round 8 300K blind took me out recently too, closest I've come to winning. Gold deck and I was doing a high card run.

finally got a win with the blue blind with the checker deck, just two more decks left to unlock now.

Got my first win! Gold deck and heavily boosting two pair. Got a joker that had a 25% chance of levelling up a hand whenever I played it.

Started this at the weekend and got three wins now (blue, red, and yellow decks). My only complaint was that you can't skip some of the animations and it ends up being a bit slow, but then I found there is a 'game speed' option. Much better now it's at x4!!

PEGI 3 rating has been restored.

And they've sold 500,000 copies in ten days!

Got my 5th win last night. Very early on I got the joker that adds other jokers sell value to the multi, and I also got the egg that increases its value by $3 each time. Then I got a blueprint card to double the multi. Ended up being about 200X!!

Had a whole bunch of jokers that were boosting their sell value each round, feeding into a multiplier based on total joker value but I ended up completely screwed over in Ante 7 by a boss blind which meant all my draws were facedown :simper:

a few boss blinds can really just kill a run dead, hate the arm one.

managed to get a win with the blue ante, so only got one more deck to unlock now.

Also just now managed to win a run in under 12 rounds to get what looked like one of the more annoying jokers to unlock done.

Got a blue deck win this morning. Had the four finger joker and the joker that makes suits work by colour. Then had the blueprint joker synced up with the space joker so I was able to level up flushes and straights to a really high level. Then I had the egg and the joker that added the combined joker value to a multiplier. Final boss blind cancelled one joker per round which sounded horrific until I realised it literally only cancelled one joker per round, I thought it was going to stack until all my jokers were cancelled.

So it was a pretty easy win in the end. Just moved my blueprint joker over to the multiplier joker so I was getting big multipliers combined with my very highly levelled flushes.

Ratings seem to be all over the place. For Switch, in UK/Europe it's back on the eShop with an 18+ rating, whilst in the US it has a 10+ rating. In Japan the rating is still pending.

I just checked on the PlayStation Store (UK) and the Xbox Store (UK) and the rating is 18+. Each report "Prominent Gambling Imagery".

as much as i love this game, i do hate that you can just come up to a boss that will destroy your entire run without giving you any chance at all to win. really annoying on the higher stakes.

First game with yellow deck before work and won

Had a couple of X3 jokers that, when all triggered, led me to mega points. They all had foil/holographic bonuses too which were a nice cherry on top.

Think I played a hand of around 530,000 points which is my best yet

Yep. I did the Mad World challenge with an unsellable 'every card is classed as a face card' joker. The 7th boss debuffed all face cards, so every card card was debuffed and no way to avoid :fp:

Somehow I still scraped through as my setup was good enough to multiply the base hand values but it felt like an unfair encounter.

finally got my first win with the purple stakes, the game was finally kind when it came to boss fights. dont quite have the patience yet to try the orange stakes.

and now do have a win on orange stakes, that didn't take to long, every deck unlocked now.

So this is a bit special isn’t it. Since buying the steam deck I think I’ve put more time into rogue like deck builders than anything else (slay the spire, fights in tight spaces, monster train) and now this.

Yet to get very far and no wins but feel like I’m making progress and understanding the game a little more each time. Still not sure on benefits of skipping rounds though.

Bought this this afternoon, but victory seems miles away. Something always gets me in Ante 6

Ace heavy deck with huge boosts to multiplier and the joker which increases card value every time you play it.

Absolutely absorbed into this. About 15 hours in and feel like I’m just scratching the surface. The depth and complexity is superb.
