Interpol. End thread.

The subway is a porno
The pavements they are a mess
I know you've supported me for a long time
Somehow I'm not impressed

I know they're not really bad lyrics per se, but that "If she ever tries to strawberry floating leave again, imma tie her to the bed and set this house on fire" line from Love the Way You Lie always stands out as being a bit daft. And that "Window'pain' " line. Awful stuff.

He should get some tips from Taylor Swift, right?

"So go and tell your friends that I'm obsessive and crazy, that's fine - I'll tell mine you're gay."

Brilliant rhyming "things" with "things".

Pitbull wrote:Yea right picture that with a kodak
And better yet, go to times square
Take a picture of me with a kodak

Awful.

I'm not hating on anything. I still love Muse, I'm just not blind to their flaws. The lyrics don't matter to me, their still going to rock my world next weekend.

Edit: Me too Chalky, best thing they did

Best thing they did is 'Before I Fall To Pieces'. Drums in that song are incredible. Impossible not to tap along to.

Come on down New Order. All from the same album:

When I hear a baby cry
When I see an old man die
That's just the way it is

Here comes love
It's like honey
You can't buy
it with money

I don't want to be like other people are
Don't want to own a key
Don't want to wash my car

As I look at the morning sky
Today the wind is blowing hard
See that bird has flown too high
Pretty soon it will be tired

The sea was very rough
It made me feel sick
But I like that kind of stuff
It beats arithmetic

I'm gonna live 'til I die

Awful song from an awful band, Papa Roach's Love Me Not:

When I see her eyes
Look into my eyes
Then I realise that she can see inside my head
Then I close my eyes

I hope Electric Six were parodying it in Be My Dark Angel:

You were walking down the street
You were just across the street
So I had to cross the street
To get to your side of the street

It's torture, it's torture
I need you so bad, girl
It's torturing me

You scorcher, you scorcher,
fry an egg on your face, girl
You're scorching me
