+1. That is mental.

Edit: Just out of interest, how much would you be hoping to get for your Switch? :shifty:

2 perfectly good consoles for a 4K upgrade and giant net loss, seems mad to me if I'm honest. I don't really get these iterative console updates but I wouldn't let go of that hardware for the privilege, especially since some games don't even run better or worse.

The Switch is pretty much a surefire cheque until at least Christmas though, so I guess there isn't a better time. Even CeX will give you a fair whack.

The Switch was an impulse purchase and has been gathering dust for sometime.

They PS4 is a launch console and recently has been struggling a bit so looking to trade in before it dies on me.

Not a huge deal but anyone who has Rock Band 4, or any of the old Rock Bands and are maybe looking to get in to the game again as it approaches its 10th birthday...

    Season 2 Spotlight Pass songs:
  • Stupid Girl by Garbage
  • Stranglehold by Ted Nugent
  • Ice Ice Baby by Vanilla Ice
  • God Damn by Avenged Sevenfold
  • Super Freak by Rick James
  • Burnin' For You by Blue Öyster Cult
  • Heat of the Moment by Asia
  • Down In a Hole by Alice in Chains

The £10.79 Season 2 Spotlight Pass can be bought until October 17, 2017 at which point it will be removed from sale. The 8 songs will remain on sale separately for £1.59 each.

If you haven't picked up Rock Band 4 yet, then all of your controllers and previously purchased DLC work on the new consoles. (Same console family however... 360 stuff > X1, PS3 stuff > PS4)

Yeah I thought that might be it, fair. The launch console is pretty loud too.

Yeah, just also just tried it through the app. I can add both to the basket but it then comes up “We can’t currently check stock. Please try again soon”

Switch standalone consoles have £5 off at Smyths also. And the bundle deals (1 select game) for £310 are quite good. It includes Zelda, MK8, Splatoon 2 and a few other big hitters.
Sorry for lack of links. Work block.....

Switch and Zelda traded in so I only had to put £20 towards for a deal I found in HMV.

PS4 slim 500GB then it's Horizon Zero Dawn or Uncharted Lost Legacy and two more games Far Cry Primal and Arkham Knight. £259.99

I'll be trading in Horizon as I own it and it has the higher trade in value and keeping the other games as I wanted to buy them but haven't got round to it.

I loved Human Revolution but by all accounts this wasn't as good. But still, for a fiver it's worth a punt.
