The realistic WW1 war experience wouldn't be all that exciting.
Hiding in a trench for weeks while you get shelled mercilessly and possibly get shellshock and then being told to go over the top in a charge that will likely see you dead in a couple of minutes.

Nice to see my run of defeats continue even when Chalky and Stu joined me and I had a game where I got 19k points and 3rd in the team :slol: .

I tried to join your squad, but it was locked, not sure if you actually noticed I was on your team?

Glad to hear Suez is getting expanded with more control points, it's just too small as it is. Still no details about the PS4 Pro patch...

1 trophy left for the Platinum, complete the campaign on Hard.

No I didn't I'm really sorry about that and feel free to join our chat group or drop me a message and I will invite you if you can't join as for some reason my groups have an odd tendency to be set as private even though I've never ticked the private box.
Get used to losing though as every team I join seems to get hammered and I honestly think this game has it in for me I really do. I've only won about 5 games out of about 50 how the strawberry float does that happen. Does the team see my name and just lose all hope and moral collapses as I didn't know I was that famously shitty. It's bloody baffling.

In the first game I came in fairly late on your team, but managed the highest score on said team, in the next game it decided to swap me over to the winning team, so maybe you're right, the game wants you to suffer ;) Of course, if I was in your squad, this wouldn't have happened..... :( :simper:

Been loving this. After being burned by BF4 at launch with the shoddy servers I didn't bite straight away but after my brother and mate both said they were stable picked up the PC version and haven't looked back.

Really love Conquest, there's some maps which if you choose the right class you can mop up all the points, the chateau level play as a medic and you can throw down medic packs in the corridors to rack up heals. The city level with the bridges and train underneath, select a scout class and fire off spotter flares in the channel points. You'll rack up loads of spot assists.

2 more games and 2 more inevitable losses :slol: .
If I hear the announcer tell me I'm losing much more I may go bonkers.
My win/loss ratio must be strawberry floating laughable.

That's rough. Mine is almost exactly 50% and I'd say over 80% of the matches i've played have been very close. I stick to Conquest mostly.

Yeah the Medic is pretty sweet. The one problem I tend to have is reviving people right in the line of fire! :fp:

Are pc code in box games. Region locked? It's £40 on Amazon for a box with just the code. My origin at the moment is set to Euro though. Not bought a PC game in yonks so can't remember.

Do discs still even exist for PC? Personally I'd prefer that instead of ramming 40gb plus onto my harddrive.

I had a look and my ratio is 17% :slol: .

I must be in the lowest ranking by now :fp: .

I just noticed that the top three threads in Games all have the word "War' in them.

I can't help but think that's a bad thing.

Anyway, carry on chatting about your KDRs. Or something.

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

Holy gooseberry fool, we actually won a game tonight. :slol: Pete and I just kicked ass in a game as a pair of medics and I even managed MVP. Being a healer is seemingly the only thing I'm good at in this. Can't shoot for gooseberry fool.

All I had was being top of the table for revives you bugger.
I'm supposed to be the medic who can't shoot.

I also think my guy may be the reincarnation of Mr Magoo as my spotting feature seems to hardly ever work even when I'm clearly aiming at someone and pressing spot and he just stands there going "What? Where, I see nothing!" so I keep spotting and because I also seem to have big head mode turned on I'm going to get sniped from 3000 miles away by someone who will target and snapshot me in 37 milliseconds.

My favourite was when the game put me into a game in progress and the first thing I did was die to an air strike instantly before I'd even walked 2 steps.
All I saw was strawberry floating bombs everywhere and then dead. The game went downhill from there and we lost by 4000 points :fp: .

So a word of warning don't be on my team, it strawberry floating sucks.

As soon as I get the PS4 Pro though with it's super responsive new pad I'm going to turn into an invincible killing machine I can feel it in my bones.

You will still have to download the game.

Anyone seen this cheaper than £40 as i finished the 10 trial and dont want to spend £40 on a pc game.

Pete, Cooldawn and I just had an amazing 3 match winning streak. We won one of the games 1000-179  Absolutely hammered them. Really enjoying this now that I know what I'm doing.

Yep, you did well as team leader and once we have some teamwork going things are much better.
I think we can try the multimap missions again now we have teamwork going and you've got the hang of the medic.
