I am using Windows 8.1 and have some videos from my mobile phone I would like to convert into DVD(s). The format is 3gp. I have downloaded IMGBURN which will happily create an ISO file from my videos and write them to a DVD, but when you look at the DVD it is just a load of 3gp files, what I want is something that will convert multiple 3gp files to something that can be shown on any DVD player. Can anyone advise of free software that can do this?

I think Windows Media Centre in Win 7 could do this, but as MS are short of cash, they took this out of Win 8 and make you pay for it.
