Well, it's also BGS since they tweeted about it, so either they are making Fallout 5, this is for a remaster or Switch port, or it's as I suggested. The first one would be disappointing, the second one would be strange since they usually don't do stuff that the fanbase would misinterpret as a BGS new game.

It's a balloon.

I suspect a switch port of 3 and/or 4 is the most likely thing.
It seems too soon for a new Fallout given Bethesda's usual release scheduling for these big open world games.
Unless it's a New Vegas style situation where another studio has done most of the work.
