It's funny how you anticipate a game so much that even when it gets announced without a single piece of gameplay footage, you still end up buzzing about it :lol:

I'm definitely expecting this to be the case when they finally announce Fallout 4 :datass:

Fallout 4 alongside Dishonoured 2 and Doom and already on paper their conference is shaping up to be pretty solid.

I hope this is the case! Bethesda are probably thinking 'let people play their hub world RPGs to fill the gap, we've got the big guns!' Announcing the conference now creates hype and excitement and the day before the Microsoft conference (normally the first event around E3) guarantees them press and public attention.

Now I'm pretty sure Bethesda will reveal a Fallout or Elder Scrolls game, but what likelihood is there that they surprise us with a Christmas 2015 release? I think it is possible! 5 months of press will be enough to create awareness. The alternative is a November 2016 release which means a 17 month wait.

Could be still focusing on elder scrolls online before going for Fallout 4.
