It was about to get pretty light at Chuck's house at the end. :nod: :cry:

I'm glad Jimmy sort of got his comeuppance for being a bastard to the old ladies. I'm usually hoping Jimmy gets aaay with things, but he deserved to be shamed for that one.

I'm guessing that Hector will be in a coma next season. Don't strawberry float with Nacho's family!

Did Frings notice Nacho changing the pills?he looked suspicious. Michael McKean's portrayal of Chuck was magnificent, he's only upstaged by Jonathan Banks. All the actors in the show are amongst the best I've ever seen, Hector is amazing for instance. Not looking forward to what splits Kim from Jimmy or what happens to Nacho

Gus wasn't around when Nacho switched pills, but he's a clever guy and probably has his suspicions.

Such a classy touch to show the moment on the highway where Jimmy is once again litter picking. Great, well rounded finale.

The lantern? The final episode title and the constant shots of the lantern on all the paper kind of gave it away.

A tremendous (if dark) finale. It had been well signposted for a while but the execution and acting performance from the guy that plays Chuck was top notch.

I did like the scene where Chuck told Jimmy to just be himself and that he would have more respect for him if he did his own thing. I’d imagine those words are going to help lead Jimmy into becoming Saul full time.

Chuck was a complete bastard when he said “I never really cared about you all that much”. Chuck. :x

Well to be fair he thought it was Jimmy that forced his father to close their shop... while it wasn't really Jimmy mostly. That is the seed.

He doesn't mean it, but he wanted to hurt Jimmy. That's my guess. He knew that Jimmy cared for him so that's why he said those words.

And that's why he was a complete bastard.

Jimmy breaks the law but is lovable.

Chuck sticks rigidly to the law but is unlovable.

Chuck = bastard

Jimmy = rogue

What Jimmy did to those old ladies was terrible. I don't think Chuck could do anything like that.....

Jimmy fixed it though (now then now then :dread: ), Chuck threatened to sue his own company into liquidation.
