WAT?

I get what OR is saying.

Professionally, Howard has to support Chuck as they are business partners. He obviously respects Chuck’s legal knowledge and skills and probably also feels sorry for him having a mental illness.

Privately, Howard probably thinks Chuck is a bit of a dick and that Jimmy deserved more of a chance to prove himself. I am not sure he still thinks that though after Jimmy’s latest adventures.

I get the feeling that he was sympathetic to Jimmy sure and that he does think Chuck's hatred is bizzare but that's not the same as supporting him, supporting him would put him in the same space as Kim. Also, I reckon after the trial if anything Howard would see Jimmys plight even more stark and Chuck's weird vendetta as mentalism.

Howard was all for Jimmy working his way up at HHM and praised Jimmy's work ethic, it was Chuck that blocked him and who got Howard to take the blame for it to disguise that fact from Jimmy.

It's just to Howard HHM and it's reputation come first. He wants Chuck to move on from his vendetta against Jimmy because of that.

We'll have to agree to disagree racoon my man.

So, that guy who hid the pill under his shoe, will he cause Hector having a stroke?

It looks that way, but this show can deliberately misdirect so who knows!

Just like Mike shooting Hector in the spine caused him to be wheelchair bound

You watch it be him getting his prescription mixed up with Walt junior's one or something like that.

Season 3 episode 7:

Damn, that con at the end to get Chuck investigated by malpractice insurance who will consider him uninsurably high risk was fantastic. I genuinely felt he was just desperate to cut his outgoings till the plan started to come together.

Kim Wexler's sleep in the car scene was so well cut/edited.

Apparently no new episode next week due to it being Memorial Day. As if a day off work wouldn't be better with a brand new episode of the best show on TV.

I'm not sure it was a meh episode but it definitely felt a bit flatter than the rest of the season.

Jimmy was great at community service ("can't you do better than 30 minutes?" ) and screwing over Chuck again was well done.

thought it was interesting that Kim is clearly struggling with what they did to chuck and jimmy is very comfortable with it. Their drinks scene was pretty much a mirror of this with her seeing the human side of the con and Jimmy just doing it because he doesn't like the person.

I'm guessing Mike changed his mind on the nacho deal because he knew the route that woman's husband took was a hector drug route and if he doesn't stop him, more innocent people will die.

Yeah, the scene with Kim and the other lady showed that Kim is pretty much at breaking point. Kim is very professional, so snapping at a client like that shows just what strain she is under.

Does Jimmy’s TV advert contract mean he has to put an advert out every day? I couldn’t see why he let the music shop have an advert for free, instead of giving them one why not just make another “Saul Goodman” ad and hope that drums up a little more business?

I'm guessing that if a different ad goes put very time it makes it look like they work, whereas if the saul ad goes out then it sends the message that nobody is buying them.

I guess. I would rather make my own ad up than give it to those timewasters for free. They obviously agreed to the ad, got Jimmy and the film crew to come to their shop and then backed out. Wankers.

Wtf at the break this week .

Bit of an underwhelming episode last week, I have to admit.

I know right. After sorting out a load of wedding stuff and chores last night I settled down with a nice cuppa, booted up Netflix ready to watch... only to get the bad news. Why is there a break?

It was Memorial Day in the States.

That's a terrible reason to have a weeks break, but that's why.

Netflix is a global platform, no? Just delay the episode appearing on Netflix USA. No need to prevent the rest of us watching it.

Netflix is.

AMC isn't.
