Another great episode.

Chuck is going to die and that will create a rift between Jimmy and Kim, that and the guilt will push him even closer to become the Saul Goodman that we all know and love.

Mike's guilt over an innocent dying will mean no more half measures. I want to see Gus back, but reckon that will not happen until the next season.

This might be one of my favourite TV shows ever. It's so ridiculously well put together, every second of film seems to have been planned to perfection. Last night's was outstanding.

I feel the same. It's almost a shame that it is a prequel and we know what is going to happen to most of the characters.

I wonder if once they reach the Breaking Bad/post Breaking Bad period if they will continue with Saul/Jimmy's story?

I reckon Frings will be at the very end of the next episode setting up season 3.

This was an utterly superb piece of television! Vince Gilligan knows how not to WASTE a single strawberry floatin' frame in the entire 56 minutes show. The show is roaring to a brilliant conclusion. Do we really have to wait till 2017 for the next season?

I feel I need to chime in with the best TV remarks and agree. Everything is of the highest order, the cinematography, the Locals and the acting are all outstanding. Every frame seems to have been painstakingly researched, kudos to the editors also.

In its first season I've already seen one of the greatest acting performances ever with Jonathan Banks and Bob Odenkirk never puts a foot wrong. I think it has one slightly under par episode which was the last episode of Season 1 in which the pacing seemed off but bar that, this is every bit as good as Breaking Bad, in some ways (because it's found its identity faster)its better, certainly this early on.

I'm not so sure. They didn't mention this aspect of it on this week's podcast but the song used in the opening teaser...

"No te metas con mi cucu" is "don't mess with my ass", cucu being a Mexican slang word for rear end. Of course, in English, cucu is the sound a chicken makes. Foreshadowing for Gus? :o

I'm fully expecting a Gus appearance at the end of the finale.

2x09- Chuck's humiliation in the meeting was delicious. 8-) The weird thing about this show is how disconnected Mike's arc is from Jimmy's. I get the impression it's really Mike's story Vince Gilligan wants to tell considering how consistently good it is and the best episode of the show was that Mike flashback ep from season 1.

I have this feeling that the show will continue after BB in the next series or the series after.

With Jimmy working at the donut shop, I suspect that's after all the BB stuff.

Yeah that's what I was getting at earlier. Are they showing flashforwards of Jimmy/Saul after BB to lead up to BCS being able to continue?

It will be interesting when the show catches up with the BB timeline. We didn't really see that much of Saul in BB, this show could continue to show us what else he was getting up to when Walter White wasn't making his life a misery.

I wonder if well see a post BB Saul make a comeback in some way, like one last glorious reveal and celebration of himself before getting locked away/bumped off?

I might be confusing The Legend of Zelda with reality.
