I really hope when gaming has matured some more we get another Rapture game, set before the fall. And involving little to no combat.
Something in the vein of the walking dead or heavy Rain.

Is BioShock supposed to be a bad port on the PS3? I haven't experienced any stuttering or slowdown at all. Is it because it's a digital copy?

Anyway I've hitted the barrier of it being repetitive (I have done a crazy bloke's masterpiece.) so just kinda left it there for now to prevent it feeling like a slog.

It doesn't help that I remember most of the game from my first playthrough on the 360 when it first launched. I plan to finish this in next couple of weeks.

Just finished, great game, poor final boss, loved the world but not sure I want to Dive straight back in! 8/10

Is the sequel any good/ worth playing?

So I should definitely go there before infinite? Consider it on my list!

Yes, Bioshock 2 is great. Even without the DLC. Hwever wait a week or two before you play it.

Would still like to see an announcement of a 4th outing. Three games in one is great, but it will take me weeks to get through.

They announced they are working on a 4th but without Ken Levine, although I loved 2 and that had nothing to do with him.

I think One and Three represented great bookends to the last generation; from when it really kicked in, to when it faded away. I liked the second outing, but can't really remember any parts that truly stood out like the others.

The Big sister cutting the window open filling area with water, Defending the little sisters from splicers as they gather Adam and The Andrew Ryan Museum are 3 that spring to mind.

I hope Infinite runs smooth on X1, the final hours of it on 360 was poor frame rate wise, made it hard to line up a shot!

I think I remember a bit where you become the Daddy or the girl? My memory if not what it once was and was crap to begin with.

I'm just a Bioshock fan, you're a big daddy in 2, yeah.

Updates typically precede new games, so if B4 isn't released or shown off this year, it'll be a shoe-in for, say, E3 2017. :simper:

Eh, these games are nice for the first hour, then the whole immersive world falls apart and it just gets repetitive.

Like in the original, there's a splicer banging on the door to get his wife to open up, I thought it was really cool until I encountered 100 clones of him.

Will be interested in playing through 1 again if they've got it running 60fps/1080p (there's no reason why they shouldn't). Got bored of 2 and never completed it. Infinite was one of the most overrated games of all time.

I enjoyed Infinite whilst playing it but, looking back on it, memorable moments are few and far between. And yeah, the hype it generated is kind of puzzling.

If there are graphical enhancements I'll get it for 1 alone. 2 was good, but suffered from "More of the same" syndrome and Infinite was so up it's own arse the lump in its throat was its nose.
