Bioshock Infinite Story Related Trophy Question

While playing through the story during the latest PSN hack attempt, two story related trophies, Armed Revolt and Working Class Hero glitched for some reason. And still appear as hidden trophies even though I have completed the game.

Can I gain these trophies through chapter select? And if so which chapters would I have to play through?

They should unlock through chapter select as they're story based trophies.

Just make sure you're logged in to PSN when attempting them as being logged out while playing is what seems to be causing the issue . Good luck.
